The epitope recognized by IHC-00308 maps to a region between residue 445 and 495 of human REST corepressor 3 using the numbering given in entry NP_060724.1 (GeneID 55758).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
