Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ABCB9 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00398 maps to a region between residue 475 and 525 of human ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B (MDR/TAP), member 9 using the numbering given in entry NP_062571.1 (GeneID 23457).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00398-T maps to a region between residue 475 and 525 of human ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B (MDR/TAP), member 9 using the numbering given in entry NP_062571.1 (GeneID 23457).

ATP-binding cassette sub-family b member 9 (ABCB9) is also known as Tap-like protein (TAPL). ABCB9 belongs to the ABCD family of peroxisomal half adenosine-triphosphate-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC transporters are categorized into seven subfamilies: ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and white. ABCB9 is a member of the MDR/TAP subfamily and is a multi-pass membrane protein that functions as a peptide transporter involved in processes such as antigen processing.
