Should one of our antibodies fail to yield satisfactory results when used in the species, application and under the same conditions stated on the product datasheet, Bethyl will offer a full product replacement, credit or refund at the investigator's discretion. Before providing product replacement, credit or refund, we ask the investigator to complete an application specific questionnaire and to work with our Technical Support team to identify potential steps to optimize conditions.

In order for us to best understand where the problem(s) originated, it is requested that you submit a completed application specific questionnaire and also, where possible, submit photos of your experiment. Below you will find links to the application specific questionnaires. At the end of each questionnaire, click the button to send your completed questionnaire directly to Bethyl's Technical Support. Our team makes every effort to respond within 1-2 business days.
