Production Procedures

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF326 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00371 maps to a region between residue 532 and 582 of human zinc finger protein 326 using the numbering given in entry NP_892021.1 (GeneID 284695).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Additional Product Information

ZNF326 contains two C2H2 zinc-fingers and belongs to the A-kinase anchor protein 95 kDa (AKAP95) family of proteins. Due to its similarity to AKAP95 it is suggested to function as a transcriptional activator and may play a role in neuronal differentiation.

Alternate Names

DBIRD complex subunit ZNF326; dJ871E2.1; dJ871E2.1 (novel protein (ortholog of mouse zinc finger protein Zan75)); ZAN75; Zfp326; Zinc finger protein 326; zinc finger protein interacting with mRNPs and DBC1; ZIRD; ZNF-protein interacting with nuclear mRNPs and DBC1

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
