ZFYVE19 (zinc finger, FYVE domain containing 19) was initially identified as part of a fusion transcript composed of sequence from the MLL (mixed-lineage leukemia) gene fused to an FYVE domain. The FYVE domain is a cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain of about 70 amino acids found in several non-nuclear proteins. ZFYVE19 is also known as MLL partner containing FYVE domain (MPFYVE). The cellular function of ZFYVE19 has not been determined.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
