Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RPA43/TWISTNB immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A301-394A maps to a region between residue 288 and 338 of human DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA43 (TWIST neighbor) using the numbering given in entry NP_001002926.1 (GeneID 221830).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to RPA43/TWISTNB immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by A301-394A-T maps to a region between residue 288 and 338 of human DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA43 (TWIST neighbor) using the numbering given in entry NP_001002926.1 (GeneID 221830).
