E4F1 can function as an activator or repressor of transcription to control embryonic and somatic cell proliferation and survival. E4F1 has also been identified as an atypical ubiquitin E3 ligase for p53.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
