Production Procedures
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF326 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-880A maps to a region between residue 532 and 582 of human zinc finger protein 326 using the numbering given in entry NP_892021.1 (GeneID 284695).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF326 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-880A-T maps to a region between residue 532 and 582 of human zinc finger protein 326 using the numbering given in entry NP_892021.1 (GeneID 284695).
Additional Product Information
ZNF326 contains two C2H2 zinc-fingers and belongs to the A-kinase anchor protein 95 kDa (AKAP95) family of proteins. Due to its similarity to AKAP95 it is suggested to function as a transcriptional activator and may play a role in neuronal differentiation.
Alternate Names
