Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CD45 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-376A maps to a region between residue 1254 to 1304 of human CD45 Molecule using the numbering given in entry P08575.2 (GeneID 5788).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CD45 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A304-376A-T maps to a region between residue 1254 to 1304 of human CD45 Molecule using the numbering given in entry P08575.2 (GeneID 5788).
CD45 is a protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. CD45 acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, CD45 recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P08575].
