The encoded protein can form homodimers or heterodimers through the zinc finger domains. In mouse, inhibition of this protein has been associated with apoptosis in some cell types [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 253461)].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
