Additional Product Information

RNA polymerase II is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase that catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. RNA polymerase II subunit B1 (RPB1) is the largest and catalytic component of RNA polymerase II which synthesizes mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs. It forms the polymerase active center together with the second largest subunit [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 5430)].

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
