Sorting nexin-16 (SNX16) may be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. SNX16 plays a role in protein transport from early to late endosomes. It also plays a role in protein transport to the lysosome and in intracellular transport of vesicular stomatitis virus nucleocapsids from the endosome to the cytoplasm [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P57768].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).
