Additional Product Information

Lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) was identified as a transmembrane phosphoprotein specifically associated with tyrosine phosphatase PTPRC/CD45, a key regulator of T- and B-lymphocyte activation. The interaction with PTPRC may be required for the stable expression of this protein [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 5790)].

Alternate Names

CD45 associated protein; CD45-AP; CD45-associated protein; LPAP; lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein; protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C-associated protein; protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type, c polypeptide-associated protein; PTPRC-associated protein

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.

Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A120-101P).

Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit Light Chain HRP Conjugate (Cat. No. A120-113P) with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
