Cyclin K can function in transcription and interacts with CDK9 to form one of multiple nuclear complexes collectively referred to as positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb).

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
