TRIM47/GOA was identified as a protein overexpressed in astrocytoma tumor cells and is thought to play a role in dedifferentiation associated with tumorigenesis.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
