VPS11 Antibody

VPS33B-interacting protein (VIPAR) plays a role in lysosomal trafficking. VIPAR may play a role in epithelial polarization through stabilization of apical membrane protein content, possibly via the RAB11A-dependent apical recycling pathway. VIPAR is also involved in direct or indirect transcriptional regulation of E-cadherin. [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9H9C1].
