UFL1 Antibody

UFM1-specific ligase 1 (UFL1) is and E3 UFM1-protein ligase that mediates ufmylation of target proteins such as DDRGK1/C20orf116. The function of ufmylation is unknown. UFL1 may act as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting cell invasion, blocking NF-kappa-B signaling and increasing stability of CDK5RAP3 [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ O94874].

Alternative names for UFL1 Antibody include E3-UFM1-protein ligase 1 antibody, LZAP-binding protein antibody, NLBP antibody, KIAA0776 antibody.
