UBE1 Antibody

Ubiquitin activating enzyme 1 (UBE1) is an E1 enzyme of the three-step ubiquitination pathway. Targeting of proteins by ubiquitination occurs in three main steps that involve the activation of ubiquitin by E1 enzymes, the carrying of ubiquitin to the target protein by E2 enzymes and the ligation of ubiquitin to the target protein by E3 enzymes. UBE1 is suggested to be important for a variety of cellular processes and pathways, and its activity is regulated through phosphorylation.

Alternative names for UBE1 Antibody include A1S9 antibody, UBA1 antibody, ubiquitin-activating enzyme E1 homolog A antibody, A1S9T and BN75 temperature sensitivity complementing antibody, A1ST antibody, GXP1 antibody, UBA1A antibody, UBE1Z antibody, MGC4781 antibody.
