Toca-1 Antibody

Toca-1 is required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis. Toca-1 may bind to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promote membrane invagination and the formation of tubules. Toca-1 also promotes CDC42-induced actin polymerization by activating the WASL/N-WASP-WASPIP/WIP complex, the predominant form of WASL/N-WASP in cells [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q5T0N5].

Alternative names for Toca-1 Antibody include Formin-binding protein 1-like antibody, FNBP1L antibody, TOCA1 antibody.
