TSC22D1 Antibody

TSC22 domain family protein 1 (TSC22D1) is a member of the TSC22 domain family of leucine zipper transcription factors. TSC22D1 is stimulated by transforming growth factor beta, and regulates the transcription of multiple genes including C-type natriuretic peptide. TSC22D1 may play a critical role in tumor suppression through the induction of cancer cell apoptosis, and a single nucleotide polymorphism in the promoter of this gene has been associated with diabetic nephropathy [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 8848)].

Alternative names for TSC22D1 Antibody include cerebral protein 2 antibody, TGFB-stimulated clone 22 homolog antibody, transforming growth factor beta-1-induced transcript 4 protein antibody, TGFB1I4 antibody, Ptg-2 antibody.
