TRX2 Antibody

Human trithorax homolog 2 (TRX2) is a member of the MLL sub-family of proteins that are found in Set1-like histone H3 K4 methyltransferase complexes. TRX2 may function as a transactivator that mediates cell adhesion and cytoskeletal events important to cell growth and survival. TRX2 is also known as MLL2. The MLL2 complex includes MLL2 (TRX2), ASH2, RBQ3, WDR5, hDPY-30, and menin. MLL2 has been shown to interact with ER-alpha to regulate estrogen-induced gene expression and has been implicated in tumorigenesis.

Alternative names for TRX2 Antibody include WW domain-binding protein 7 antibody, MLL4 antibody, HRX2 antibody, WBP7 antibody, KIAA0304 antibody.
