TORC1 Antibody

TORC1 (transducer of regulated CREB activity 1) is part of a family of CREB (cAMP response element-binding protein) coactivators that also includes TORC2 and TORC3. These proteins function to activate CREB-dependent transcription in response to cAMP and calcium signaling pathways. The TORC family of proteins has been shown to regulate transcription of PGC-1 alpha, a regulator of mitochondrial genes.

Alternative names for TORC1 Antibody include CREB regulated transcription activator 1 antibody, transducer of CREB protein 1 antibody, mucoepidermoid carcinoma translocated protein 1 antibody, CRTC1 antibody, KIAA0616 antibody, MECT1 antibody, FLJ14207 antibody, WAMTP1 antibody.
