TIF-IA Antibody
Transcription initiation factor IA (TIF-IA) is encoded by the RRN3 gene which was identified and cloned due to its homology with the yeast Rrn3p gene. TIF-IA has been shown to recruit initiation-competent RNA Polymerase I to rRNA promoters.
