TIAM1 Antibody
T lymphoma invasion and metastasis-inducing protein 1 (TIAM1) is a guanine-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that positively regulates the Rac1-GTPase. Through Rac1, TIAM1 promotes cell migration and adhesion by modulating the actin cytoskeleton. TIAM1 was originally identified as a gene that induced invasion of lymphocytes.
