THOC1 Antibody
THO complex subunit 1 (THOC1) is a component of the THO complex, which is composed of THOC1, THOC2, THOC5, THOC6 and THOC7. Together with THOC3, THOC4 and UAP56, THO forms a complex with the transcription/export (TREX) complex. The TREX complex specifically associates with spliced mRNA and functions in mRNA export.
