TACC3 Antibody

 
Transforming acidic coiled-coil-containing protein 3 (TACC3) plays a role in the microtubule-dependent coupling of the nucleus and the centrosome. It is involved in the processes that regulate centrosome-mediated interkinetic nuclear migration (INM) of neural progenitors. TACC3 may be involved in the control of cell growth and differentiation and may contribute to cancer. TACC3 is also known as ERIC 1 (erythropoietin-induced cDNA-1).
