SNIP1 Antibody

Smad interacting nuclear protein 1 (SNIP1) regulates gene expression through its interaction with multiple transcriptional regulators. SNIP1 is able to suppress the TGF-beta signaling pathway by interacting with CBP/p300 and blocking co-activator interaction with Smad4. SNIP can also inhibit the activity of NF-kappa-B which also binds CBP/300. Additionally, SNIP1 has been shown to have effects on the cell cycle and the cyclin D1 promoter and can enhance transcription by bridging c-Myc/p300 complex.

Alternative names for SNIP1 Antibody include FLJ12553 antibody, dJ423B22.2 antibody, RP3-423B22.3 antibody.
