SNAP190 Antibody

SNAP190 (snRNA-activating protein complex 190 kDa subunit) is a component of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. SNAP190 binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes and recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q5SXM2]

Alternative names for SNAP190 Antibody include SNAP190 antibody, SNAPC4 antibody, small nuclear RNA activating complex antibody, polypeptide 4 antibody, 190kDa antibody, PTFalpha antibody, proximal sequence element-binding transcription factor subunit alpha antibody.
