SDS3 Antibody

 
SDS3 is a subunit of the histone deacetylase-dependent SIN3A corepressor complex. The SIN3A corepressor complex functions to repress transcription through its interaction with histone deacetylases HDAC1 and HDAC2. SDS3 has been demonstrated to play a role in pericentric heterochromatin –specific deacetylation and methylation and is essential for proper chromosome segregation. SDS3 is also known as suppressor of defective silencing 3 protein homolog, SUDS3, SAP45, 45kDa Sin3-associated polypeptide, FLJ000052, and MGC104711.
