SCC-112 Antibody

 
SCC-112, also known as Pds5A, interacts with the cohesin multisubunit complex that plays a critical role in chromosome organization, segregation, gene regulation, and DNA repair. Pds5 is implicated to participate in both stabilization and destabilization of cohesion-mediated cohesion in mitotic chromosomes. Alternate names for SCC-112 include sister chromatid cohesion protein PDS5 regulator of cohesion maintenance, homolog A, PDS5A, PIG54, SCC-112, FLJ41012, KIAA0648, MGC131948, MGC161503, and DKFZp686B19246.
