SAP130 Antibody
Sin3-associated polypeptide p130 (SAP130) is a component of an mSin3A corepressor complex. SAP130 acts as a transcriptional repressor. It may function in the assembly and/or enzymatic activity of the mSin3A corepressor complex or in mediating interactions between the complex and other regulatory complexes [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9H0E3].
