SAM68 Antibody

SAM68 (Src-associated in mitosis 68 kDa protein) was identified as an SH3 and SH2 domain interacting protein. It is a Src substrate and contains a KH-type RNA binding domain. It has been shown to function as a regulator of mRNA stability, pre-mRNA processing, and RNA export. Alternative names for SAM68 include KH domain-containing, RNA-binding, signal transduction-associated protein 1, p21 Ras GTPase-activating protein-associated p62, GAP-associated tyrosine phosphoprotein p62, p68, and KHDRBS1.
