Rad52 Antibody

 
Rad52, in conjunction with Rad 51 and RPA, is a key protein involved in DNA double strand break (DSB) repair and homologous recombination. In these processes, Rad52 functions to recruit Rad51 onto single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) that is associated with RPA and to promote annealing of ssDNA after DNA strand exchange. Rad52 is also known as RAD52 homolog, DNA repair protein RAD52, recombination protein RAD52, and rhabdomyosarcoma antigen MU-RMS-40.23.
