Rad52 Antibody

Rad52, in conjunction with Rad 51 and RPA, is a key protein involved in DNA double strand break (DSB) repair and homologous recombination. In these processes, Rad52 functions to recruit Rad51 onto single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) that is associated with RPA and to promote annealing of ssDNA after DNA strand exchange.
