ROBO1 Antibody

ROBO1 (Roundabout homolog 1) is the receptor for SLIT1 and SLIT2. SLIT1 and SLIT2 play a role in axonal guidance in the major forebrain by regulating axon crossing at the midline and specifying directional positioning of longitudinal axonal pathways. ROBO1 is widely expressed and may also be important to lung development. ROBO1 has been reported to have tumor suppressor activity and to be frequently inactivated in lung and breast cancers.
