RNF138 Antibody

RING-finger protein 138 (RNF138) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase. Together with NLK, RNF138 is involved in the ubiquitination and degradation of TCF/LEF. RNF138 also exhibits auto-ubiquitination activity in combination with UBE2K. RNF138 may act as a negative regulator in the Wnt/beta-catenin-mediated signaling pathway [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q8WVD3].

Alternative names for RNF138 Antibody include E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF138 antibody, Nemo-like kinase-associated RING finger protein antibody, NLK-associated RING finger protein antibody, hNARF antibody, NARF antibody.
