Pig IL-13 Antibody
Interleukin 13 (IL-13) is a cytokine and the central mediator of allergic inflammation and asthma. Its receptor is a heterodimer of the IL-4RA and the IL-13RA1 chains. Since the IL-4Ra chain is part of the receptor complex for IL-13, the responses to IL-13 overlap and are similar to those of IL-4. Both IL-13 and IL-4 signal transduction is linked to the transcriptional activator STAT6.
