Phospho Paxillin (S178) Antibody
Paxillin functions as a signal transduction adaptor protein that localizes to focal adhesions and is involved in cell-adhesion and motility. Paxillin is a substrate of several protein kinases such as Src, FAK, and JNK. Serine and threonine phosphorylation of Paxillin appears to dictate its specific cellular activities.
