PRP19/PSO4 Antibody
PRP19/PSO4 plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing, repairing of DNA interstrand cross-links, and mediating the DNA damage response. As part of the splicesome, PRP19/PSO4 has been demonstrated to interact with the DNA helicase, WRN, via association with Cdc5L. PRP19 has also been proposed to exhibit E3 ubiquitin ligase activity.
