PRKAR1A Antibody

cAMP-dependent protein kinase type I-alpha regulatory subunit (PRKAR1A) is the regulatory subunit of the cAMP-dependent protein kinases involved in cAMP signaling in cells. PRKAR1A is also known as tissue-specific extinguisher 1 (TSE1); PRKAR1A was found to be a tissue-specific extinguisher that down-regulates the expression of seven liver genes in hepatoma x fibroblast hybrids.
