PPP1R10/PNUTS Antibody

 
PNUTS (PP1 nuclear targeting subunit) is a regulatory subunit of the PP1 protein phosphatase, a serine/threonine phosphatase involved in mitotic exit and chromosome decondensation. PNUTS has been shown to play a role in targeting PP1 to the nucleus and mediating PP1 association to specific RNAs. Alternate names for PNUTS include serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 10, phosphatase 1 nuclear targeting subunit, MHC class I region proline-rich protein CAT53, FB19 protein, PP1-binding protein of 114 kDa, and PPP1R10.
