PNUTS Antibody

PNUTS (PP1 nuclear targeting subunit) is a regulatory subunit of the PP1 protein phosphatase, a serine/threonine phosphatase involved in mitotic exit and chromosome decondensation. PNUTS has been shown to play a role in targeting PP1 to the nucleus and mediating PP1 association to specific RNAs.
