PNK1 Antibody

Polynucleotide kinase 3’-phosphatase (PNK1) is both a 5’-DNA kinase and a 3’-DNA phosphatase that plays a role in DNA repair following radiation or oxidative damage. PNK1 has been reported to participate in the repair of DNA-double strand breaks via PARP-1-dependent nonhomologous end-joining.
