PMS2 Antibody
PMS2 (post meiotic segregation increased 2) is a DNA mismatch repair protein that forms a heterodimer with MLH1 and is part of the BRCA1-associated genome surveillance complex (BASC). Defects in PMS2 are associated with hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer type 4 (HNCC4).
