PIN1 Antibody

Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting protein 1 (Pin1) is an essential PPIase that regulates mitosis presumably by interacting with NIMA and attenuating its mitosis-promoting activity. Pin1 displays a preference for an acidic residue N-terminal to the isomerized proline bond, catalyzing pSer/Thr-Pro cis/trans isomerizations [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q13526].

Alternative names for PIN1 Antibody include rotamase Pin1 antibody, PPIase Pin1 antibody, DOD antibody, UBL5 antibody, PIN1 antibody.
