PDE8B Antibody

Phosphodiesterase 8B is a cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) that catalyzes the hydrolysis of the second messenger cAMP. PDE8B, which does not hydrolyze cGMP, is resistant to several PDE inhibitors. Defects in the PDE8B gene are a cause of autosomal dominant striatal degeneration (ADSD) [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 8622)].

Alternative names for PDE8B Antibody include High affinity cAMP-specific and IBMX-insensitive 3' antibody,5'-cyclic phosphodiesterase 8B antibody, HsPDE8B antibody, Cell proliferation-inducing gene 22 protein antibody, PIG22 antibody, ADSD antibody.
