PDCD4 Antibody

Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) has been identified as a tumor suppressor that is able to inhibit tumor invasion and neoplastic transformation. The tumor suppressor activity of PDCD4 is achieved via its ability to inhibit translation initiation of proteins essential for transformation and tumor invasion. PDCD4A inhibits translation by interacting with the RNA helicase eIF4A and the scaffolding protein eIF4G.

Alternative names for PDCD4 Antibody include nuclear antigen H731-like antibody, neoplastic transformation inhibitor protein antibody, protein 197/15a antibody, H731 antibody, MGC33046 antibody, MGC33047 antibody.
