NUP214 Antibody

Nucleoporins are the main components of the nuclear pore complex that provides a conduit across the nuclear envelope for the transport of macromolecules between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Nucleoporin 214 (NUP214) is required for CRM1-mediated nuclear protein export as well as cell cycle progression. Alternate names for NUP214 include nuclear pore complex protein Nup214, 214 kDa nucleoporin, CAN protein, CAIN, CAN, N214, D9S46E, and MGC104525.
