MCM8 Antibody

The MCM (Mini-Chromosome Maintenance) complex is a key component of the pre-replication complex involved in replication licensing which restricts DNA replication to only once per cell cycle. The MCM complex is a heterohexamer of MCM2, MCM3, MCM4, MCM5, MCM6, and MCM7. MCM8 and cdc6 are required for origin-binding of the MCM2-7 complex. MCM8 functions in the activation of the pre-recognition complex during G1 by recruiting cdc6 to the origins of DNA replication.

Alternative names for MCM8 Antibody include DNA replication licensing factor MCM8 antibody, REC antibody, MGC4816 antibody, MGC12866 antibody, C20orf154 antibody, MGC119522 antibody, MGC119523 antibody, dJ967N21.5 antibody.
