MARK3 Antibody

MARK3 (Microtubule-affinity regulating kinase 3) is also known as PAR-1a (partition-defective 1a) and is a member of a family of kinases that plays a role in cell polarity and cell-cycle control. There are four PAR-1/MARK isoforms encoded by independent genes: MARK1 (PAR-1c), MARK2 (PAR-1b/EMK), MARK3(PAR-1a), and MARK4 (PAR-1d/MARKL1). MARK isoforms phosphorylates microtubule associated proteins (MAPs) such as MAP2, MAP4, and tau to regulate their association with microtubules.

Alternative names for MARK3 Antibody include PAR-1a antibody, Ccd25C-associated protein kinase 1 antibody, C-TAK1 antibody, cTAK1 antibody, serine/threonine-protein kinase p78 antibody, Ser/Thr protein kinase PAR-1 antibody, protein kinase STK10 antibody.
